Terms of sale
Last updated 7 August 2026. These terms cover the paid monitoring subscription. The free check is provided as is, with no commitment on either side.
Who you are contracting with
Shadowban Radar is operated by TheFactory Labs, a company registered in France, VAT number FR16106474638. Contact: hello@shadowbanradar.com.
What the subscription includes
For 9 € per month, including VAT, Shadowban Radar re-runs its four visibility checks on one X handle of your choice, once a day, and emails you when a verdict changes. You get the history of every check it ran. Payment is taken monthly in advance through Stripe. The price is fixed for as long as your subscription is active; any change applies only after we tell you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, online, from your dashboard: the Manage subscription button opens the billing portal where cancelling takes one click. No email, no phone call, no notice period. Your monitoring keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason, under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Because monitoring starts immediately, you are asked to expressly request that immediate start and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, under article L221-25. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid, minus the share matching the days already monitored. To withdraw, write to hello@shadowbanradar.com.
What we cannot promise
Shadowban Radar measures what X exposes publicly, through a third party data provider we do not control. X confirms nothing about restrictions on an account, changes its systems without notice, and may make some checks impossible to run. When a check cannot be measured we say so instead of guessing, and it is left out of the score. If the service becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, or if we have to stop it, we refund the unused part of your current period. We do not guarantee that a restriction will be detected, nor that it will lift.
Acceptable use
One subscription monitors one handle. Monitoring an account is a measurement of public data and notifies nobody, but you are responsible for what you do with the result. Reselling the output, or using it to harass someone, ends the subscription without refund.
Disputes
French law applies. Write to us first, we answer within 30 days. If we cannot agree, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform, or take the matter to a French court.
