Terms of sale
Last updated 13 September 2026. These terms cover the paid monitoring passes. The free check is provided as is, with no commitment on either side. Subscriptions bought before 29 August 2026 keep their previous terms until they end.
Who you are contracting with
Shadowban Radar is operated by TheFactory Labs, a company registered in France, VAT number FR16106474638. Contact: hello@shadowbanradar.com.
What a pass includes
A pass is a single payment for a fixed monitoring window: €2.99 including VAT for 14 days, or €4.99 including VAT for 30 days. A pass covers up to 3 X handles of your choice, each checked throughout the day. The checks cover your search and reply visibility, and the full four-check audit reruns at least once a day. A confirmed change triggers an email alert: at most one per kind of change per 24 hours, and a drop that repeats within 7 days of an alerted drop is treated as the same event and not re-alerted. You get the history of every full audit and every confirmed change, and a personal report built from that data, sent to you by email after purchase. Payment is taken once, through Stripe, when you buy the pass. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: when the pass ends, monitoring stops by itself and nothing else is ever charged.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel: a pass does not renew, and monitoring stops by itself at the end of the window you paid for. If you want it to stop earlier, or you bought it by mistake, write to us within 14 days of the purchase (see the right of withdrawal below) and the unused days are refunded. Legacy subscriptions from before 29 August 2026 can still be cancelled in one click from the dashboard.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Because monitoring starts immediately, paying for a pass constitutes your express request for that immediate start, under article L221-25 (this is stated on the payment page, under the button). If you withdraw within the 14 days after a payment, write to hello@shadowbanradar.com; we refund the unused days pro rata, manually through Stripe.
What we cannot promise
Shadowban Radar measures what X exposes publicly, through a third party data provider we do not control. X confirms nothing about restrictions on an account, changes its systems without notice, and may make some checks impossible to run. When a check cannot be measured we say so instead of guessing, and it is left out of the score. We do not guarantee that a restriction will be detected, nor that it will lift.
Acceptable use
A pass monitors up to 3 X handles of your choice. Monitoring an account is a measurement of public data and notifies nobody, but you are responsible for what you do with the result. Reselling the output, or using it to harass someone, ends the service without refund.

Disputes
French law applies. Write to us first, we answer within 30 days. If we cannot agree, you may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, or take the matter to a French court.
