X（推特）会限流账号吗？X 自己的规则怎么说（2026 年 10 月）
2026 年 10 月 16 日解读 X 帮助中心：X 称之为限制流量，列出 5 种方式，只有部分情况会通知，每人最多 10 个账号。
X 确实会限制部分账号和帖子的流量，而且在自己的规则里写明了。只是它不叫限流（shadowban）。
X 的 Authenticity 政策（2025 年 4 月）称之为「Restricting Reach」（限制流量），X 的处置方式页面称之为「Limiting post visibility」（限制帖子可见度）。两处列出的都是同样 5 种让帖子「less discoverable on X」（在 X 上更难被发现）的方式。
本文引用的是 2026 年 10 月 16 日读取的 X 帮助中心，以及 X 在 2026 年 10 月 15 日发布的开源代码（提交 92f0918）。
X 承认会限制流量吗？
承认。X 的处置方式页面（Our range of enforcement options）写道：「Where appropriate, we will restrict the reach of posts that violate our policies and create a negative experience for other users by making the post less discoverable on X.」
意思是：在适当的情况下，对于违反政策、给其他用户带来不良体验的帖子，X 会让它更难被发现，以限制其流量。
X 的 Authenticity 政策把它和封号并列，放在不真实行为的处置方式里。X 开源代码的 README 描述了背后的系统：「Visibility filtering decides whether a post can be shown at all」（可见性过滤决定一条帖子能不能被显示），它和排序是分开的。
X 对限制流量的官方定义是什么？
免费，无需登录，几秒出结果。
X 的 Authenticity 政策给出了完整的定义：
"Restricting Reach: This may include excluding posts from search results, trends, and recommended notifications, removing posts from the For You and Following timelines, restricting a post's discoverability to the author's profile, restricting likes, replies, reposts, quote posts, bookmarks, share, pin to profile, or edit post, and downranking the post in replies."
也就是：把帖子排除在搜索结果、趋势和推荐通知之外；从「为你推荐」和「正在关注」时间线中移除；帖子只在作者主页可见；限制点赞、回复、转帖、引用、书签、分享、置顶或编辑；以及在回复中降低帖子排名。这是 X 公开发布的、对限制措施最完整的描述。处置方式页面也以列表形式给出了同样的 5 项。
X 的说法和大家所说的限流怎么对应？
大家用的名字不是 X 起的。下表是我们把 X 的列表和 Shadowban Radar 检测的 4 种限制放在一起的对应解读：

X 的列表没有提到别人在搜索框输入名字时出现的联想建议。search suggestion ban 指的是大家观察到的现象：账号不再出现在那里。
X 限制你的流量时会通知你吗？
有时会。X 的处置方式页面写道：「starting in April 2023, posts identified as violating our Rules will begin to receive labels informing both post authors and viewers that we limited the post's visibility.」
意思是：从 2023 年 4 月起，被认定违规的帖子将带上标签，告知作者和观看者该帖子的可见度受到了限制。作者可以对这个标签申诉。
X 的代码则显示了另一面。在公开代码中，Under the Hood 工具解释了 12 个账号标签，其中 8 个描述的唯一效果是：「The account's posts are hidden from recommendations to non-followers.」（该账号的帖子不会推荐给未关注者。）没有提到任何通知。
另外 4 个都涉及账号主人会察觉的事：只读锁定、重置密码、安全验证或内容警告。
有五个针对违规的帖子标签写明「All users can see a label explaining that the post has limited visibility.」（所有用户都能看到一个说明该帖子可见度受限的标签。）而那些对未关注者隐藏帖子的账号标签，并没有这样的说明。
为什么大家叫它 shadowban？
因为账号主人通常看不到。X 照常给你显示自己的帖子和回复，而别人在搜索、推荐或对话中已经看不到了。从自己账号看不出来的限制，就是大家所说的限流（shadowban）。
X 的 Under the Hood 工具目前还在试点，会列出过去一个月里加在你账号和帖子上的部分标签。它总结的是过去，并不检测别人现在看到了什么。
一个人在 X 上能有几个账号？
最多 10 个。X 的 Authenticity 政策写道：「X allows users to create and/or operate up to ten (10) accounts for different, non-duplicative purposes.」（X 允许用户为不同、不重复的用途创建和/或运营最多十（10）个账号。）
同一政策禁止用多个账号「inflate or manipulate the prominence of content and/or accounts」（抬高或操纵内容和账号的热度），比如刷话题标签；也禁止多个账号「post substantially similar or identical content to one another」（互相发布高度相似或相同的内容）。
当违规涉及多个账号时，X 写道：「you may be asked to choose one account to keep. The remaining accounts will be suspended.」（你可能会被要求选一个账号保留，其余账号将被封停。）
开新号来绕过限制属于规避封禁（ban evasion），同样被该政策禁止。
X 说限制会持续多久？
X 没有给出数字。它关于受限账号的帮助页面写道，账号会被限制「for a specified time, which varies based on the nature of the violation」（一段指定时间，长短视违规性质而定）。我们的限流持续时间指南给出了我们在真实账号上测到的持续时间。
